We work with care, not volume. We deliberately limit the number of files we handle at any one time, so that each matter receives the time, attention and expertise it deserves. Rather than general practice, we choose to go deep in defined areas of private law, and we build with our clients a long-term relationship of trust that extends beyond any single case. We host our clients at our villa in Koşuyolu — where the coffee is always ready, not only to talk through a file, but simply to say hello.

Our work is not limited to courtroom representation; we support our clients at every stage they may require — contract drafting, risk analysis and preventive legal advisory foremost among them.
Commercial and Corporate Law
We provide companies with ongoing legal counsel from incorporation onwards, structuring articles of association, share transfers, mergers and general assembly processes. We represent companies and shareholders in disputes between partners, actions for the annulment of general assembly resolutions and director liability claims.
Real Estate Law
We manage litigation from start to finish in deed cancellation and re-registration, partition (izale-i şüyu), eviction and condominium disputes; we structure preliminary sale, lease and land-for-flat construction contracts with foresight for the risks they may later carry. We also provide pre-acquisition legal due diligence.
Contracts Law
We do more than put commercial and private contracts on paper; we structure them at the negotiating table to protect our client's interests. We provide effective representation in disputes over termination, rescission, penalty clauses and damages, and make it our principle to prevent contractual risks before they become problems.
Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law
We pursue enforcement proceedings, attachments and auction processes with determination to recover receivables; on the debtor's side, we protect our clients through actions for annulment of objection, negative declaratory relief and annulment of auction sales. We guide companies through composition (concordat) and bankruptcy proceedings.
Inheritance Law
We prepare wills and estate plans with regard for the balance within the family, and represent heirs in contested proceedings such as reduction (tenkis), testator collusion (muris muvazaası) and renunciation of inheritance. Our aim is to prevent the loss of rights while also preserving family relationships.
Family Law
We conduct uncontested and contested divorce, custody, maintenance and matrimonial property proceedings with regard for their human dimension as much as their legal one. We know that a well-drafted settlement protocol is worth more than years of contention.
Mediation
Not every dispute has to end in court.
Mediation is a confidential, swift and amicable method in which the parties, brought together by an impartial mediator, build the solution themselves. For many disputes — most notably commercial receivables, employer-employee relationships and lease disputes — mediation is a mandatory stage before litigation. We conduct the process as counsel for a party, and assess with you whether litigation or mediation is the right path for your file.
Application
The dispute is assessed together; the file's suitability for mediation is determined and the process is set in motion.
Session
The parties meet in confidence, accompanied by an impartial mediator; settlement options are negotiated at the table.
Settlement
The agreed solution is recorded in a settlement deed and becomes binding on the parties; the dispute ends without ever reaching the courtroom.
Meetings may be held online or at our office in Koşuyolu, Istanbul.

Legal Consultation
Fee-BasedA service in which substantive legal advice is provided; if you subsequently retain us for the matter, the fee paid is credited against the attorney fee.
Both may be conducted online or at our office in Koşuyolu, Istanbul.
International Clients
Legal representation in English for international clients.
We advise foreign-national clients who invest in Turkey, acquire real estate, incorporate companies or administer inheritance matters — handling the entire process in English. We bring established experience in contract translation, residence and citizenship applications, deed transfers and company formation.
