This Privacy Policy summarises how data collected through the Kentkuran Hukuk website published under the kentkuranhukuk.com domain (the “Site”) is processed, with which third parties it is shared, and the rights of users. 1. Data Controller

2. Data Collected
a) Data you provide
- Consultation request form: Full name, email address, telephone number (if you declare it), the subject of your request and the contents of any message you wish to send.
- Career (job application) form: Full name, email address, the position applied for, summary CV information and any document attachments.
b) Automatically collected data
- Technical log records such as IP address, browser type, operating system, time of visit and pages viewed (at server level, for security and error-monitoring purposes).
- Technical storage used to remember your preferences (for example, storage of your cookie preference in localStorage). See the Cookie Policy for details.
3. Third-Party Integrations
The Site uses a limited number of third-party services to provide its functionality:
- FormSubmit.co (United States): The infrastructure that delivers the consultation and job-application forms on the Site by email. The information you enter into the form fields is transmitted via this service to info@kentkuranhukuk.com.
- Google Maps (Google LLC): The embedded map shown in the contact and footer sections is loaded via Google Maps. If you interact with the map, Google's own privacy policy applies.
- Mevzuat.gov.tr and other public sources: The references provided in the articles are external links only; you are directed to these sites at your own choice. Kentkuran Hukuk does not collect data through these sites.
No advertising network, behavioural marketing tool, or tracking technology such as Meta Pixel is used on the Site. Google Analytics 4 is loaded only if you select “Accept” on the cookie banner; in that case the IP address is anonymised (anonymize_ip) and the visitor is counted anonymously. 4. Purposes of Use
- To respond to your requests and applications.
- To establish and maintain a representation or advisory relationship.
- To evaluate job applications submitted for open positions.
- To ensure the technical operation of the Site, security and error monitoring.
- To fulfil retention and reporting obligations arising from legislation (Attorneyship Act, Turkish Code of Obligations (TBK), Tax Procedure Law).
5. Data Security
Kentkuran Hukuk takes reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. The Site is served over HTTPS; standard industry security measures are applied to email correspondence. The duty of client confidentiality under Article 36 of the Attorneyship Act (Avukatlık Kanunu m.36), together with KVKK, constitutes an additional layer of protection.
6. Retention Periods

7. User Rights
For all of your rights under KVKK m.11 (to be informed, to request correction, deletion, to object, to claim compensation), you may use the application channels set out in the KVKK Information Notice.
8. Children's Data
The Site does not offer services directed at persons under the age of 18. Personal data of children is not knowingly collected. If such data is found to have been shared inadvertently, it will be deleted.
9. Updates to this Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated as necessary. The current version is always accessible from this page. The publication date will be refreshed in the event of material changes, and such changes will be announced on the Site where required.
